脉冲位置调制组合雷达信号研究

摘    要:组合雷达信号通过几种调制方式相结合得到更大的时间带宽积,以同时获得较高的距离、速度分辨率。时间脉冲位置调制(PPM)技术在超宽带无线数字通信领域得到了广泛应用。在时间脉冲位置调制和编码频率信号(FSK)的基础上,提出了一种新的PPM FSK组合雷达信号,研究了其模糊函数及其分辨性能,并与PPM信号及FSK信号进行了比较。结果表明,PPM FSK组合雷达信号具有更大的时间带宽积,其模糊图分辨性能更佳,说明PPM FSK具有比PPM和FSK信号更高的距离、速度分辨率。

Abstract:Hybrid radar signals are obtained by the combination of several modulation modes to gain a larger time-band width product, with higher range and velocity resolutions as the result. The pulse position modulation (PPM) technique is widely used in the field of ultra-wideband wireless digital communication. Based on the PPM signal and the FSK signal, a new PPM-FSK hybrid radar signal is proposed. The ambiguity function and resolution performance of this signal are discussed and compared with those of PPM and FSK signals. The results show that this hybrid signal has a higher time-band width product and higher range and velocity resolutions due to its better shaped ambiguity diagram.
