摘    要:为了控制混凝土浇筑后所产生大量的水化热量,消散混凝土内部聚集的热量。采用数值模拟的方法,对混凝土内部温度较高位置添加不同距离的降温水管,将内部不易散失的热量,通过循环的水带走,减小内外温差,并结合现场试验进行论证。结果表明:在混凝土内部设置降温水管,流动的水可以带走一部分混凝土中由于水化热作用产生的热量,明显有效地降低混凝土内部的温度,减小内外温差;降温水管间距布置为1 m时混凝土最高温度为37℃左右,而间距布置为2 m时混凝土最高温度为60℃左右,前者小于后者,布置间距越小降温越明显;间距布置为1 m时的主拉应力为0.003 5 MPa小于间距布置为2 m的主拉应力2.1 MPa,且小于混凝土的极限拉应力2.0 MPa,有效的抑制混凝土中温度裂缝的产生,达到控制的目的。

Abstract:Abstract: Abstract: In order to control the heat generated by concrete pouring, the heat accumulated inside concrete is dissipated. The method of numerical simulation is used to add different distance cooling pipes to the high temperature of the concrete, and the heat that is not easily lost inside will be taken away by circulating water to reduce the temperature difference between inside and outside. And the field test is used to demonstrate. The results show that the flowing water can take away the heat generated by the hydration heat in part of the concrete, and obviously reduce the temperature inside the concrete and reduce the temperature difference inside and outside. When the distance between cooling water pipes is arranged at one meter, the maximum temperature of concrete is about 37 °C and the maximum temperature of concrete is about 60 °C when the spacing is arranged at two meters. The smaller the spacing, the more obvious the cooling is. When the spacing is one meter, the main tensile stress is 0.0035 MPa less than the main tensile stress of 2.1 MPa with a spacing of two meters, and it is less than the maximum tensile stress of 2.0 MPa of the concrete, which effectively inhibits the difference in temperature cracks in the concrete and achieves the purpose of control..
