选区激光熔化成型TC4钛合金的拉伸性能

摘    要:为实现选区激光熔化成型的TC4钛合金在军用航空上的应用,减小选区激光熔化成型的TC4钛合金垂直沉积方向(XY方向)与平行沉积方向(Z方向)的拉伸性能差异,在室温状态下对选区激光熔化成型的TC4钛合金进行准静态拉伸试验,结果表明选区激光熔化的TC4钛合金两种方向取样的拉伸性能都达到了中国与美国AMS宇航钛合金标准。TC4钛合金沿XY向取样合金的抗拉强度与屈服强度要略高于沿Z方向取样,断后伸长率与断面收缩率略小于沿Z方向取样。合金断口为韧窝特征形貌,与XY方向取样相比,Z方向取样断口剪切唇区域尺寸分布比例略小,纤维区差异不大。

Abstract:In order to realize the application of TC4 titanium alloy formed by Selective Laser Melting in military aviation and reduce the difference in tensile properties between vertical deposition direction (XY direction) and parallel deposition direction (Z direction), this study conducted quasi-static tensile test on TC4 titanium alloy formed by Selective Laser Melting at room temperature. The results show that the tensile properties sampled along the above two directions of TC4 titanium alloy formed by Selective Laser Melting meet the standards of AMS aerospace titanium alloy in China and the United States. The tensile strength and yield strength of the TC4 titanium alloy sampled along the XY direction are slightly higher than that sampled along the Z direction, while the elongation after fracture and the shrinkage of cross section sampled along the XY direction are slightly lower than that sampled along the Z direction. The fracture of titanium alloy showed the dimples of characteristic morphology. Compared with the dimples of the shear lip sampled along the XY direction, the size distribution proportion of the shear lip area of the fracture sampled along the Z direction is slightly smaller and the difference in the fiber area is not large.
