人力资本与粮食产量关系初探

人力资本的质量是影响粮食产量的一个重要因素,研究人力资本和粮食产量的关系,有利于揭示粮食增产的规律、指导粮食生产,且有利于揭示教育对农民增产增收的影响,从而合理规划教育投入。通过对历年的粮食作物总产量及人力资本质量的建模,分析人力资本对粮食产量的贡献率及其变动的规律,以期为农业政策的制定提供参考。表3,参7。

A Research into the Relationship between Human Capital and Grain Output

The quality of human capital is an important factor that affects the grain output.Study of the relationship between human capital and grain output is propitious to disclose the law of grain yield increase,guide the grain production and moreover is helpful to understand the influ- ence of education on peasants'income increase,based on which we can program education input rationaUy.In the paper we analyze the contri- bution rate of human capital to grain output and the law of its change through modehng grain output and human capital quality,so that we can give suggestions to agricultural policymaking.
