蚕豆根尖微核技术监测濮阳市赵北沟河水质污染的研究

摘    要:利用蚕豆根尖微核技术监测濮阳市赵北沟水质污染状况,结果表明甲醛厂、大化桥、啤酒厂、世锦公司等受试河段的全部水样均能引起微核率升高,提示水体中含有遗传毒性物质。并对造成水质污染的原因、污染危害及防治对策进行了讨论。

Abstract:This paper reports the results of water pollutional detection of Zhaobeigou River in Puyang City using micronucleus test tehnique of Vicia faba root-tip cells. It shows that each of the samples from Formalolehyde Factory,Dahua Bridge,Beer Factory,Shijin Company and so on can increase the micronucleus frequence of Vicia faba.It indicates that there are some genetic toxicitial substances in Zhaobeigou River. The possible reasons for the pollution mentioned above, the harm the polluted water does to people's health,the selection of proention protecti on are also discussed.
