活性稀释剂对不饱和聚酯流变性能的影响

摘    要:用锥板粘度计研究了不饱和聚酯(UPE)及不同稀释体系的流变性能,发现树脂本身是一种假塑性流体,加入不同的稀释剂,苯乙烯和二缩乙二醇二乙烯基醚(DVE3)对UPE的稀释效率最高;DVE3和1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯体系均有触变性,其中DVE3稀释体系的触变性较大

Abstract:The rheology of an unsaturated polyester resin diluted with different reactive diluents was studied using a plate cone rheometer The resin itself was found to be a pseudo plastic fluid Styrene and tirethylene glycol divinyl ether(DVE 3) had high dilution effect on UPE System diluted with DVE 3 and 1,6 hexanediol diacrylate showed thixotropy property and the fomer had more pronounced effect
