疏水性阳离子单体ADMCAB及其共聚物的溶液性质

摘    要:以二甲基胺乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(DMAEMA)和1溴十六烷(CB)为原料,合成了具有化学反应活性与表面活性的新型疏水性季铵阳离子单体-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基十六烷基溴化铵(ADMCAB).并用丙烯酰胺(AM)与该单体共聚制备了疏水化水溶性聚电解质AMAC系列.经过FTIR、1HNMR、MS、EA和滴定分析等对ADMCAB的结构进行了确证.研究表明:ADMCAB易溶在多种溶剂中及具有好的表面活性;在无机盐是否存在的情况下,含少量ADMCAB的共聚物(AMAC)均比聚丙烯酰胺均聚物(PAM)具有更强的增粘特性.

Abstract:A novel hydrophobic water soluble cation monomer, methacryloxyethyl dimethyl cetyl ammonium bromide (ADMCAB), was prepared by quaternization of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) with cetyl bromide (CB) At the same time, a new hydrophobically modified water soluble polyelectrolyte (AMAC) was also synthesized by copolymerization of acrylamide with ADMCAB in aqueous solution Identification of ADMCAB was obtained utilizing FTIR, 1H NMR, MS, elemental analysis and quaternary ammonium titration Solubility of ADMCAB in various solvents and its surface tension in aqueous solution were investigated Preliminary studies on viscosity of aqueous solution for AMAC indicated that AMAC had significant viscosifying effect in the presence of salt
