5种新分离细菌的分子鉴定及分类

摘    要:测定和比较了5种新分离细菌的16SrDNA序列,并对其进行分子鉴定和分类.结果表明:F5771和A5608为棒杆菌属(Corynebacterium)的2个新种;LCDC89055是1种放线菌,与Actinomycespyogenes遗传距离较近;而LCDC87080和CDCgroupANF1like则分别为Aneui和Turicelaotitidis菌的不同菌株.

Abstract:More than 900 nucleotide sequences of 16S rDNA from five newly isolated bacteria were determined The sequences were then used as molecular criteria to investigate the bacteria identities and their classification The results show that F5771 and A5608 are two new species, belonging to the genus Corynebacterium; LCDC 89 055 is a Actinomyces closely related to A pyogenes However, LCDC 87 080 and CDC group ANF 1 like are found to be different strain of A nenii and Turicella otitidis, respectively
