羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖的合成研究

摘    要:以壳聚糖和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵反应,合成了羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HACC)。研究了不同pH值条件对水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐产率及产物溶解性的影响,并讨论了pH值对反应的影响机理。结果表明,当反应pH为6.0时,水溶性HACC产物的产率高于pH为4.0、7.0和9.0时的产率;高效液相色谱检测表明季铵盐产物的分子量比壳聚糖原料的分子量低。

Abstract:2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan(HACC) was prepared by the reaction of chitosan with 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride.The effect of pH in reaction mixture on yield and solubility of the products was investigated,and reaction mechanism was discussed.HPLC was used to characterize the change of molecular weight.The results showed that the yield of water soluble HACC was higher at pH 6.0 than at pH 4.0,7.0 and 9.0,respectively.And the molecular weight of production is lower than the native chitosan.
