| 摘 要： | 医疗环境的恶化源于医患关系矛盾的加大,而医患矛盾源于医疗费用超出了患者自然的承受能力。因此,改善就医环境,走可持续发展之路,应以人为本,在注重提高医院经济效益,节约医疗资源的同时,应将方便病人,服务病人作为服务宗旨。 |

| Abstract: | Medical treatment environmental aggravation comes from contradictory augmentation of doctor--patient relationship, and doctor-patient contradictory is from medical cost which goes beyond patient endure capability. Accordingly, to regard human being as key point is to improve medical treatment environment, and carry out sustainable development road, Meanwhile, we should not only elevate economic returns and save medical resources, but also regard as service aim to convenient patient and serve patient. |
