| 摘 要： | 分析了几种常见的试剂在聚氨酯预聚反应中的催化活性。在此基础上着重研究了三乙撑二胺在聚氨酯预聚反应过程中的催化机制,并通过滴定分析和DSC测试,得出三乙撑二胺之所以能加快聚氨酯预聚反应,是因为它能降低反应活化能的结果。

| Abstract: | The catalytic activity of several common reagents in polyurethane pre - polymerization is analyzed. The results of experiments have a guiding significance in the theory and practice. On the basis of these experiments, the catalytic mechanism of triethylene diamine (TEDA) is investigated. By means of titration and DSC analysis, it is found that because TEDA can reduce the activation energy, polyurethane pre - polymerization with TEDA is much faster than without TEDA. |
