摘    要:实验介质为水,所用的添加剂为2种不同相对分子质量的聚丙烯酰胺(简称PAM)和表面活性剂十八烷胺(简称ODA),在溶液质量流率为30.37~188.31kg/(m2·s).此外,在热通量为15~47kW/m2的条件下,研究了不同浓度的添加剂稀溶液在垂直铜管内的流动沸腾传热情况,以双机理模型为基础,建立了相应的流动沸腾传热模型.结果表明,用此模型方程计算流动沸腾传热系数,与实验值相比其误差在15%左右.

Abstract:The additives used in this study were two kinds of polyacrylamid (PAM) of molecular weights about 2256×104, 855×104 and surfactant octadecylamine (ODA), mass flux of the additive dilutes was from 30.37 to 188.31kg/(m2·s), and the heat flux was at the range of 15 to 47 kW/m2. The flow boifling heat transfer of additive dilutes wasstudied in vertical copper tube, and the suitable models for calculating the flow boiling heat transfer were established ac-cording to different additive dilutes based on the two-mechanism model. The flow boiling heat transfer coefficients werecalculated with the formulated models, the error of calculated value of boiling heat transfer coefficient was about 15%compared with the experimental value.
