摘 要: | 通过热力学计算分析了A1N与ZrO2之间存在分歧的两个固相取代反应方程,并且该计算结果得到了实验验证。热力学计算结果表明,Bayer和Mocellin所提出反应方程式1411.26K能够发生,并且与实验中的TG—DTA和SEM分析结果一致,也就是说Bayer和Mocellin所提出反应方程式是正确的。

Abstract: | Two equations with discrepancies of solid -state displacement reactions between A1N and ZrO2 were ana- lyzed by thermodynamic calculation, and its results were verified by experiment. Results of thermodynamic calcula- tion showed that the reaction equation of Bayer and Mocellin proposing can occur at 1411.26K,and it accord with TG - DTA and SEM analysis results, i. e. the reaction equation of Bayer and Mocellin proposing is true. |
