硫酸链霉素细菌内毒素检测方法研究

摘    要:目的:探讨用中国的细菌内毒素工作标准品(CSE)和鲎试剂(TAL)替代美国的细菌内毒素参考标准品(RSE)和鲎试剂(LAL)来检测硫酸链霉素的细菌内毒素的可行性.方法:用RSE标定TAL的灵敏度及CSE的效价,考察硫酸链霉素对细菌内毒素检测的干扰作用.结果:TAL的灵敏度和CSE的效价均符合规定,硫酸链霉素在1.25mg/ml的浓度下对细菌内毒素检测无干扰.结论:可以采用CSE和TAL替代RSE和LAL进行硫酸链霉素的细菌内毒素检查.

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the feasibility of using Chinese control standard endotoxin(CSE) and Tachypleus Amoebocyte Lysate(TAL) to substitute the USP Reference Standard Endotoxin(RSE) and Limulus Amebocyte Lysate(LAL) on the bacterial endotoxins test for streptomycin sulfate.Methods:Tests for confirmation of labeled TAL reagent sensitivity and standardization of CSE against RSE were performed,and test for inhibition or enhancement was carried out.Results: The sensitivity of TAL and the potency of CSE were confirmed,and streptomycin sulfate doesn't interfere the bacterial endotoxins test at the concentration of 1.25mg/ml.Conclusion: TAL and CSE can be used to substitute LAL and RSE on the bacterial endotoxins test for streptomycin sulfate.
