面向对象的黑板集成模型在ICU医疗辅助诊断中的应用

针对ICU的现状,阐述了研制ICU医疗辅助诊断系统的意义,结合ICU的医疗复杂背景,对比分布式协作专家系统工具BITAL-DEST,提出了面向对象的黑板集成模型.在此基础上,初步实现了系统的框架,以两种联系紧密的危重病为例,设计了由两个黑板模型集成的系统原型.运行结果表明,面向对象的黑板集成模型用于ICU医疗辅助诊断是可行的.

The application of object-oriented blackboard integrated model to ICU medical aided diagnosis

In relation to the present situation of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) in China, the significance of designing ICU medical aided diagnosis system is expounded. With the complexity of ICU medical background taken into account, an object oriented blackboard integrated model is put forward and compared with the distributed cooperative expert system tool BITAL DEST. Based on this analysis, the initial system frame is realized,and by taking two closely related diseases of critical care as examples,an initial system with two blackboards diagnosing integrated is designed. The result shows that taking the model in ICU medical aided diagnosis is feasible.
