基于GIS的江西省洪涝灾害风险区划

以江西省为研究对象,运用自然灾害风险评价的理论和方法,选用灾害诱因、受灾体承灾机能、灾害潜藏环境及防灾减灾效能等四个指标作为综合评价指标,借助GIS平台对江西省洪涝灾害风险性指标进行计算,得出了江西省洪涝灾害风险区划图.结果显示,江西省洪涝灾害风险度较高的县市区主要分布于赣东北地区,风险度较低的县市区主要位于赣南地区及赣西北部分地区.

GIS-based Risk Zoning of Flood Hazard in Jiangxi Province

Using the theory and method of natural disaster risk assessmend, and selecting the four parameters, including induction factors of disaster, vulnerability of hazard affected bodies, sensitivity of disaster-inducing environment and capabilities of prevention and mitigation disaster, as the comperhensive assesment indexes, the risk indexes of the flood are calculated and the zoning map of the flood risk is obtained by GIS platform in Jiangxi province. The results show that the counties of higher risk flood disaster located in the northeast, on the contrary, the lower risk flood disaster counties in the south and northwest in Jiangxi province.
