基于模糊PID控制的泵流量控制系统研究

摘    要:为了增强脱硫除尘离心泵流量控制系统的稳定性和提高其控制精度,使系统具有较强的抗干扰和自适应能力.建立了流量控制系统的数学模型,分析了控制系统的性能,设计了模糊PID控制器,确定了偏差e、偏差变化ec、输出量Kp、Ki、Kd的隶属度函数,建立了Kp、Ki、Kd的模糊控制规则表,利用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真,比较了系统在未加入和加入PID及模糊PID控制情况下的性能,结果表明,模糊PID控制效果最好,具有响应快、抗干扰等优越性。

Research on Flow Control System of Pump Based on Fuzzy PID

Abstract:In order to improve the stability and control precision of flow control system of desulfurization dusting centrifugal pump, and to make the system have good anti-interference and adaptive capacity, the mathematical model of flow control system is established. The performance of the control system is analyzed and the fuzzy PID controller is designed. These are determined that the membership function of deviation e, deviation change ec, output Kp、Ki、Kd.The fuzzy control rules table of Kp、Ki、Kd is established. By using Matlab/Simulink, the system performance is compared of without PID, with PID and with fuzzy PID control. Results show that the fuzzy PID control effect is the best, which has the advantages of rapid response, anti- interference and so on.
