液压系统半实物仿真平台设计

摘    要:结合液压系统仿真计算技术和自动化试验技术,构建了液压系统半实物仿真平台,通过仿真计算模拟液压系统的环境参数和控制规律,利用实物模型模拟难以建立数学模型的液压元件。重点介绍了液压系统半实物仿真平台布局结构、仿真模型建立过程以及仿真过程控制系统,并针对某液压起竖系统进行了应用分析。

Abstract:The hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform for hydraulic system was conceived referring to the simulation calculation technique of hydraulic system and automation measuring technique. And the environmental parameters and control rules were simulated by the mathematical simulation which used the physical model to replace the hydraulic component that is difficult to establish mathematical models, The structure of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform and the process of establishing the mathematical simulation models, and the control system of the simulation process were emphasized. A certain hydraulic erecting system was analyzed.
