摘    要:通过对某耐热混凝土支撑框架检测及鉴定,对耐热混凝土的应用问题进行探讨.对其主体构件表观质量、裂缝、混凝土碳化和强度,以及改造加固部分分别进行检测,根据检测结果建立有限元模型复核计算结构的安全性,并对主体结构的可靠性鉴定评级.研究结果表明,混凝土高温破坏是结构失效的主要原因,耐热混凝土的合理配置和良好的施工质量是保证耐热混凝土结构可靠性的重要保障.

Abstract:The paper presents the study on application of heat-resistant concrete, based on inspection and appraisal of heat-resistant concrete braced frame. The respective inspections of main members on surface quality, cracks, concrete carbonization, and concrete strength and of rehabilitated parts are carried out. The reliability of the structure is assessed according to the inspection results with finite element model. The study indicates that high temperature damage to concrete is the main factor to structural failure, and rational allocations of heat-resistant concrete and good construction quality are the important guarantee for reliability of heat-resistant concrete structure.
