| 摘 要： | 从积极心理学的主要思想及原理出发,探讨了积极心理学对图书馆知识型馆员激励的启示,提出了将物质激励与精神激励相结合,使用薪酬激励、发展激励以及情感激励等手段挖掘知识型馆员的积极性,从而促进图书馆的发展.

| Abstract: | Starting from the main thoughts and principles of the positive psychology, this paper probes into the enlightenment of motivating the intellectual librarians with the positive psychology, and puts forward the suggestion on combining the physical motivation and the spiritual motivation, arouse the enthusiasm of the intellectual librarians with the pay system, personal development motivation, and emotion motivation, etc.and further promoting the development of the library. |
