| 摘 要： | 阐述了培养学生体育运动竞赛裁判能力的意义、方法及手段．为更好提高体育专业学生裁判水平，提出了体育运动竞赛项目的裁判培训学习的建议：（1）选好具有潜质的裁判员苗子；（2）加强理论指导并积极引导学生参与社会临场实践；（3）及时培训竞赛规则新知识，积极鼓励学生参加裁判等级晋升考核等．
