摘    要:利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)-硫酸铵包埋法对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)污泥进行固定。采用上流式厌氧反应器进行含锌废水的处理,研究进水SO42-质量浓度、pH、固定化小球与废水质量比等因素对体系处理含锌废水的影响。研究结果表明:在进水SO42-质量浓度为4.151 g/L,Zn2+质量浓度为0.100 g/L,pH为5.9,固定化小球与废水质量比为1:2,水力滞留时间为20 h的条件下,Zn2+去除率达98%以上,出水Zn2+质量浓度达《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996);锌离子主要结合SRB的代谢产物S2-形成ZnS沉淀从废水中去除。利用稳态法测得SO42-催化还原速率与SO42-浓度函数关系曲线遵守米氏方程。
