| 摘 要： | 发展低碳经济并实现可持续发展是保护环境、调整经济结构和产业结构、实现经济增长的重要契机。作者回顾了工业革命以来的经济发展，并对高碳经济发展模式下产生的问题进行反思，提出了可持续发展与低碳经济是解决城市环境污染、生态多样性减少的必由之路。对低碳经济的内涵及实现途径进行了探讨，并深入调研了上海世博会对低碳经济和可持续发展的实践。
