准噶尔盆地中部2区块钻井液研发及应用

通过分析准噶尔盆地中部2区块钻井液技术难点，研发了铝胺抑制防塌钻井液体系．该体系抑制性强，封堵性能好．该钻井液在中部2区块重点探井成3井进行了现场应用，取得了良好的应用效果，解决了上部地层软泥岩易造浆、二开长裸眼井壁稳定及侏罗纪煤层的坍塌问题，施工中井壁稳定，井身质量良好，满足了勘探开发的需求，全井平均机械钻速为7．68m/h ，施工效率有显著提高．

The resarch and application of drilling fluid about the second oilfield in Zhungaer Basin

After analyzing the technology difficult problem of drilling fluid in middle second interval in Zhungaer Basin ,aluminum and amine drilling fluid with inhibity and anti-caving ability was developed .The drilling fluid was applicated in Cheng 3 well in middle second interval ,and the application effect was good .The down-hole troublesome conditions including mud making in upper formation ,wellbore unstabilty of long open well in the second interval and caving of coal bed in Jurassic were resolved .The wellbore was stability during the course of drilling ,and the well quality was good ,so it met the demand of exploration and development .The ROP was 7 .68m/h , and the construction efficiency was greatly improved .
