高职院校人力资源管理的若干误区及对策

摘    要:高职院校人事制度改革取得了相当大的成就,但由于目前高职院校大多处于传统的人事管理阶段,还存在许多不容忽视的问题,如内部人力资源配置不当、对"高学历"的一味追求等.应就当前高职院校人力资源开发管理方面存在的误区进行探讨,从人才引进、人才培养、人才激励和管理人员队伍建设等方面提出相应的对策.

Abstract:Substantial achievements have been made in the reform of personnel system in the vocational colleges.But as most of the vocational colleges are still at the traditional personnel management phase,there are still many such problems that should not be ignored as the misallocation of internal human resources,the endless pursuing of "high diploma".This paper has studied the problems on the current human resources management in the vocational colleges and proposed some countermeasures: the introduction of talents,the personnel training,the excitation mechanism for personnel and the building of administrative personnel.
