地方政府应对网络舆论危机问题研究

近年来不断发生的网络舆论危机事件,使各级地方政府遭遇了一种全新的危机模式即政府网络舆论危机。当前,地方政府在网络舆论危机应对中存在诸如权威信息发布不及时、行动反应迟缓等处置失当的问题,折射出其危机意识的缺乏、应对机制的不完善、信息传递渠道受制约和对公众知情权的漠视等。要正确应对网络舆论危机,地方政府必须树立高度的危机意识,拓展信息传递渠道,做好网络舆论的监测预警等各项工作。
