| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,农村非正式制度受到强烈冲击,发生了一系列新的变化,但其对社会发展的约束作用仍在很大范围内存在,甚至在有些地域依旧"强势"。立足于国家制度转型、变化的宏观背景,从非正式制度与正式制度的"实然"关系出发,探析非正式制度的变迁趋势,进而为国家正式制度设计和实施提供一定理论参考,不失为实现国家善治的一种积极尝试。

| Abstract: | The informal rural system,which still restricts the development of social development to great extent,has suffered great impacts because of a series of changes since the reform and opening.Under the background of the transformation of national policy,the trend for the change of the informal system is to be analyzed through the sudden relationship between the formal and informal system,which will provide some reference for the design and implementation of the national system. |
