游泳运动对增龄小鼠肾脏细胞凋亡和自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:为探讨游泳运动和增龄对小鼠肾脏细胞凋亡及一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响.本实验采用8月龄昆明种系健康小鼠为研究对象,随机分为2组:运动组、增龄对照组,另设2月龄青年对照组.运动组的运动方式为游泳,共训练6周.结果显示,增龄小鼠肾组织中SOD活性与青年对照组相比下降,MDA含量升高,肾脏细胞水平凋亡升高,游泳运动可明显升高增龄小鼠肾组织SOD活性,抑制增龄小鼠肾组织细胞凋亡水平.由此认为,增龄可改变小鼠肾脏细胞凋亡及自由基代谢水平,游泳运动可改善小鼠肾脏随增龄而出现的退行性变化.

Effects of Swimming on Apoptosis and Free Radical Metabolism in Kidney of Aging Mice
Abstract:In order to study effect of swimming exercise and aging on renal cell apoptosis and NO,MDA,SOD activity in mice,we used 8 months old healthy mice of Kunming species as the subjects of the study.All animals were randomly divided into exercise group,aging control group,and a separate control group of 2 months old were set.The exercise group performed swimming training of 6 weeks.The results demonstrated that compared with the young control group,SOD activity in renal tissue of aging mice was decreased,and MDA content was increased,the level of apoptosis was increased.Swimming exercise can significantly increase SOD activity of renal tissue in aging mouse,inhibite the level of renal cell apoptosis of aging mouse.So we get the conclusion of that aging can change the level of apoptosis and free radical metabolism in renal cells of mice and swimming can improve the degenerative changes in renal cells occur with aging.
