| 摘 要： | 18例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者,经垂体后叶素治疗及(或)三腔管压迫止血无效,静脉推注0.1mg善得定,继而以0.05mg/h的剂量静脉持续滴注.结果,善得定的止血率88.8%(16/18),平均止血时间4.5h,2例出血减少,但分别死于严重感染和肝肾综合征.善得定副作用轻微,仅一例有恶心、头痛.

| Abstract: | 18 cases of cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric fundus varices hemorrhage who had been controled by pituitrin and (or) balloon temponade were treated bolusly with sandostatin 0. 1mg and maintained persistently at a dosage of 0. 05mg/h. The effective rate with sandostatin was 88.8% (16/18) in mean 4.5h. Only two cases died due to the severe infection and hepatorenal syndrome respectively. |
