| 摘 要： | 福建土楼具有居住的人口密度大、土楼与原住民浑然一体的特点,因此在旅游资源开发中,存在着多方利益主体的权利冲突,容易出现不协调现象,这已成为制约福建土楼旅游进一步发展的瓶颈。根据土楼旅游资源的特点,结合现在土楼旅游开发中存在的问题,本文从新公共管理的视角探讨福建土楼旅游发展的机制建设,以实现土楼旅游的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Fujian Tulou buildings have the characteristics of high population density and a united entity between Tulou buildings and aboriginal people.As a result,in the development process of tourism resources of Tulou buildings,there are some phenomena of conflict in interests,which have become the bottleneck of the tourism development.Based on the characteristics of Tulou building tourism,the paper discusses the mechanism construction of Tulou buildings tourism development from the perspective of new public management in order to realize the sustainable development of tourism. |
