Reflections on innovative development of military education in the new situation

In order to realize the innovative development of military education in the new situation, the system of talents training has to be improved to push the teaching reform forward. The universities prosperity relies on talents training, thus it is necessary to have a good teaching staff. Moreover, the scientific research should be advanced, the internal management should be deepened and the teaching conditions should be improved to serve the army.
