| Abstract: | The essence of the information warfare is the antagonism of information and knowledge, which mainly reflects on the contest among information talents. According to the requirements of the information warfare, the talents should integrate the following qualities, information consciousness, information abilities and information morals. So, it is urgent for the military academies to train the information talents so as to adapt to the military information construction. |
