军校学员人生价值观的心理学研究

目的：了解当代军校学员的人生价值观现状。方法：采用调查问卷方法对军队4所院校174名学员进行抽样调查。结果：军校学员将事业成功、有所作为、家庭和睦、婚姻美满、心情舒畅、纯真爱情、拥有财富、获得知己、报效祖国、知识渊博看成是主要人生目标；将健康、人品和事业成功看成是人生最重要的东西；将把握机遇、充满自信、充实自我、拼搏进取、百折不挠、深谋远虑、诚实守信作为实现人生价值的主要手段与途径。结论：军校学员的人生价值观积极向上并呈现多样性，他们在追求事业成就的同时比较重视个人精神生活的质量。应加强对学员心理与道德的教育引导，帮助他们树立正确的人生价值观。

A psychological research on the cadets′ humanity values

In order to make clear the present situation of the cadets′ humanity values, 174 cadets from four different universities are investigated. The result shows that the humanity values of the cadets are both positive and diversity. In their pursuit of the successful careers, they value more on the spiritual wealth. Thus guidance in encouraging their psychology and moral development should be strengthened so as to help them to build up the true humanity values.
