试论信息化条件下联合作战人才培养

为适应未来信息化条件下一体化联合作战的需要，大力培养一支善于开展联合训练、熟练驾驭联合作战的人才队伍势在必行。文中从三个方面探讨了信息化条件下联合作战人才培养的必要性，并从充分发挥院校培养的主渠道作用、深入挖掘岗位实践与锻炼的主阵地作用和切实走开开放式培养的路子等方面提出了有益的建议，为创新我军联合作战人才培养机制、完善联合作战人才教学体系、培养造就大批精通联合作战的新型军事人才提供了理论依据。

Training personnel for information-based joint operations

To meet the needs of information-based integrated joint operations in the future, it is imperative to train personnel who can do well in joint training and operations. This paper discusses the necessity of cultivating personnel for information-based joint operations in three respects. Constructive suggestions are made about making full use of academies for training, practicing at posts and training personnel in an open model. Moreover, a theoretical basis is put forward on innovating the training mechanism of personnel for joint operation, improving the training system for joint operations personnel and cultivating a great number of new military personnel adept in joint operations.
