军事任职教育的特点、规律及观念探讨

军事任职教育既有一些对各专业、各培训层次都具有普遍意义的“共性”特点，也有一些针对特定专业和培训层次意义上的“个性”特点；军事任职教育具有需求牵引适时性培训规律、教学组织多部门协同规律、教学内容适应性易变规律、教学实施情景性互动规律、教学评判广延性价值规律等；军事任职教育应关注以下观念：后勤保障与市场理念相结合的战场建设教育观、战争演化与现代科技相结合的军事历史教育观、军事发展与国家建设相结合的科学发展教育观、缜密分析与整体把握相结合的系统认知教育观、传统文化与现代文明相结合的社会价值教育观、人文精神与军事素养相结合的人才素质教育观、当前需要与未来可能相结合的教学组织教育观、任职教育与学术科研相结合的院校发展教育观等。

On-the-post training in military academies shows some general characteristics with its importance to all specialties and levels. At the same time, there appears some individual features about on-the-post training when it is applied to some given specialties and levels. On-the-post training has five rules of its own as the following, timely military training for on-the-post demands; cooperation between all branches of teaching organization; flexibility of teaching contents according to specialties and levels; interaction between trainers and students in real teaching courses; expansibility of the value of on-the-post training in meeting the military demands. On-the-post training should pay attention to the following ideas： the idea of battlefield construction which combines logistics supply and market; the idea of military history education which combines war evolvement and modern technology and science; the idea of scientific development which combines military advancement and national progress; the idea of systemic cognition ally which combines delicate analyzing and grasping the wholes; the idea of social value education which combines traditional culture and modern civilization; the idea of quality-oriented education which combines humanities and military accomplishment; the idea of teaching organization which combines current and future demands; the idea of military academies＇ development which combines on-the-post training and scientific research.
