天然气-CO2-O2转化制合成气的研究--工业催化剂的活性评价

摘    要:在固定床流动反应装置上对不同工艺制备的系列镍基催化剂从活性、稳定性、抗积炭性三个方面进行了活性评价。通过实验可知适合于该转化反应的催化剂各组分的最佳含量范围为:Ni3.5wt~6wt%,CeO25%~6%,MgO6.2%~7.1%。添加适量的MgO可以提高活性组分Ni的分散度,从而提高其活性和抗积炭性。

Abstract:The activity, stability and resistance to carbon depoisition of Ni-based catalysts by different methods have been investigated using a continuous flowing fixed-bed reator. The result shows the optimum content: Ni3.5wt%~6wt%,CeO 25%~6%, MgO 6.2%~7.1%. The activity and resistance to carbon deposition have been impoved using the catalyst modified by MgO which can impove the Ni dispersion degree.
