徐州市区地表水体环境容量的估算与分析

摘    要:在对徐州市区地表水污染源调查分析的基础上,确定了影响水环境质量的主要污染因子,对各地表水体的水环境容量进行了估算.估算结果表明,云龙湖BOD5和COD的环境容量均大于耗氧污染物的入湖量,而各河流则是污染物入河量超过其环境容量,需要进行削减.京杭运河、奎河和废黄河徐州段平水期COD的削减量分别为546.18,957.51和19476.95t/a,NH3-N的削减量分别为700.90,619.99和12004.49t/a.针对徐州市区地表水环境的实际情况,提出了相应的污染防治思路和对策.

Abstract:Based on the investigation and analysis on surface water pollution in Xuzhou City, the major environmental pollution factors of the water quality are determined, and the environmental capacity of surface water is estimated. The results show that the environmental capacity of BOD5 and COD of Yunlong Lake is more than the volume of the ozone-depleting pollutants into the Lake, but the pollutant import of each river is more than its environmental capacity and must be diminished. In the years near average runoff, the quantities of pollutants to be reduced from Xuzhou section of the Grand Canal, the Kuihe River and the old course of the Huanghe River are 546. 18, 957. 51 and 19 476.95 t/a respectively; and those of NH3-N to be reduced are 700.90, 619.99 and 12 004.49 t/a respectively. To counter the actual environment of surface water in Xuzhou City, the measures for controlling pollution are put forward.
