| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会与弱势群体的利益是否得到法律保护有着密切的联系。当前,构建和谐社会的一个重要任务,就是要解决对弱势群体人权的法律保护问题。如果弱势群体的权利得不到应有的法律保障,社会就无和谐可言。本文在分析了弱势群体的涵义、成因的基础上,提出了对弱势群体进行法律保护的具体措施。
