细纱机罗拉钳口的压强分布测量与分析

本文用电测方法在动态条件下对细纱机罗拉钳口下的压强分布进行了实测,利用电子计算机进行数据转换和处理,求出了空间压强分布方程。结果表明,空间压强分布可以用一个二维高斯概率函数的曲面方程来表达。本文还简要介绍了此曲面方程在研究作用在须条上的力与皮辊加压量之间的关系及摩擦力界分布等方面的应用。

Measuring and Analysing of Intensity Distribution of Spinning Farme Roller Nip Pressure

In this paper the theoretical graph form of the intensity distribution of pressure within the zone of roving gripped by the roller nip of spinning frame is introduced and the intensity distribution is measured by means of the elect romet ric method on the dyanmic condition. The data are processed by the electronic computer. The sinplified space formula of the intensity distribution of pressure is developed, and the result ha shown that the equation is a two-dimensional Gauss' normal distribution equation. Furthermore, the application of the equation to researching into the relations between the force exerted on roving and roller weighting and into the form of friction field distribution are discribed briefly.
