旋叶式压缩机的气缸型线研究

摘    要:根据旋叶式压缩机的工作原理,提出了气缸型线设计的基本原则。通过泄漏分析,设计出由密封圆弧、过渡曲线、主曲线所组成的气缸型线并推导出各段型线的通用方程。压缩机的吸气容积、内容积比等与主曲线的函数形式相关。以抛物线、椭圆、三次曲线以及三角函数为例的研究表明,三次曲线构成的气缸型线具有最大的吸气容积而内容积比最小,适用于大排气量低压比的机器;椭圆型线的吸气容积最小而内容积比最大,适用于小气量高压比的机器;三角函数型线介于两者之间;抛物线不适宜作为气缸型线。型线的最小曲率半径一般出现在过渡曲线段的拐点上,可通过改变曲线形式及扩大过渡曲线范围得到理想的最小曲率半径值,以利于机器的加工。

Abstract:Volumetric efficiency of rotary vane compressor is greatly influenced by cylinder profile. A kind of new profile is proposed, which has an advantage of minimum leakage in the clearance between cylinder and rotor. The profile is composed of three parts:circle arc, main curve, and transit curve. Main curve may appear as parabola, ellipse, cubic polynomial, and trigonometric curves. Profiles with different main curve are compared one another at the same dimensions. The cubic polynomial form enables the maximum intake volume but the minimum volume ratio,and is suited for the compressor of low pressure and large deliver volume. On the contrary, the ellipse curve is adopted to reach the maximum volume tatio corresponding to minimum intake volume, and suited for the compressor of high pressure and small deliver volume. The parabola curve does not apply to cylinder profile. The smallest curvature radius of cylinder is usually located in transit segment. Desired curvature radius of cylinder can be reached by changing length and shape of transit curve in order to facililate mechanical processing.
