石墨电极表面的抗氧化合金保护层

摘    要:文中提出的熔融体系中石墨电极表面合金化的方法可在电极表面形成一层结构致密并具有良好导电性的抗氧化碳化物合金层,可以有效地降低电极的高温氧化消耗。介绍了该方法的基本工艺过程和合金层的形成机理,研究了熔融体系的组成及各种操作因素对合金层的形成和生长过程的影响,并探讨了合金层的结构组成以及对石墨电极的抗氧化保护作用。

OXIDATION-RESISTANT ALLOY LAYER ON GRAPHITE ELECTRODE
Abstract:When graphite electrode immersed in a fused mixture bath, an alloy layer is formed on the electrode surface. It has excellent electric conductivety and could be effectively used to reduce the oxidative consumption of graphite electrode in the process of are furnace steelmak-ing. The basic technical process and the formation mechanism of the alloy layer were dis-cribed. Then,effects of the treating condition and composition of the fused mixture system on the growth process and composition of this layer were also investigated with experiments.
