计算机模拟连杆机构设计

摘    要:本文提出用计算机模拟设计连杆机构来实现任意的连杆轨迹曲线。文中包括连杆机构的连杆曲线产生器,它可以作简单的连杆机构型综合和数字综合,并绘出连杆上任意点的轨迹曲线。由连杆曲线产生器可以选定机构尺寸的初值,然后用“SUMT”优化方法进行计算,并将计算结果输入前面说的连杆曲线产生器,画出曲线后与原曲线进行比较。如果两者相符则结果正确。否则可再选初值重新计算。文中有设计实例可供参考。

Abstract:This paper presents a computer simulation approach for four-bar linkage design. This simulation design can practise any coupler curve of a linkage. Here a coupler curve generator is made which can determine the linkage type and the specific parameters of linkage, and can draw out the coupler curve of a required point on the coupler of the linkage when the initial link length values are put into the computer. In order to get the required coupler curve the optimization method is used here. Compare the drawn coupler curve with the required curve, if they are much different, then reset the initial link length values and use the "SUMT"method to optimize the link length values until the drawn coupler curve fits the required curve. The process is completed by computer. This simulation track synthesis method is illustrated by an example.
