摘    要:采用相场与浓度场耦合的相场法,以Fe-C-P合金为例,模拟三元合金等温凝固的生长过程.结果表明,在一定的温度区间里,生长速度是随着温度的降低而减小的,随着温度的降低,二次枝晶生长越发达.模拟结果还表明,二次枝晶之间有大量的溶质富集;各向异性系数的改变会影响二次枝晶的形貌.

Abstract:The phase-field model in which the concentration-field and phase-field were coupled was applied to simulate microstructural evolution of isothermal dendritic growth of Fe-C-P ternary alloy.The calculation result indicated that,in a definite temperature range,the growth speed decreased with temperature reducing,and,instead,the growth of side-branches became flourishing.The result also indicated that,among the side-branches,the solute concentrated;the anisotropy coefficient could have effect on the morphology of dendrite growth.
