| Abstract: | The development of Shandong private water conservancy is superior to the other places in our country,which is also the main direction of the water conservancy reform in Shangdong province.This paper analyzed the status in quo,the obvious problems of the development of Shandong private water conservancy,and put forward the thought of deepening the property right reform,innovating and fulfilling the developing system of water conservancy in detail. |
