自20世纪90年代以来,美国接连对某些主权国家进行武装干涉,将某些国家划为"邪恶轴心国,"这些动作都严重破坏了国际法基本原则,对现存国际法基本原则及体系提出了挑战。另外,随着经济全球化的迅速发展,一些新的国际法律原则相继出现,成为影响处理国际关系的重要因素。为此,在国际法层面,正确预测国际法基本原则和规则的发展趋势,从而提出我国在对外交往中应采取的应对措施,有着极为重要的理论和现实意义。

Discussing and Analyzing the Development Trend to International Law Basic Principle more than Ten Years in the Future

Since the 1990s,the United States has continued to carry on an armed interference to some sovereignty nations,and rowed some nations as "the improbity axis country",which all break basic principle of international law seriously,and put forward a challenge to the basic principle and system of existing international law.Moreover,along with the quick development of the economic globalization,some new international law principles appear one after another,they become the important factor of the influence processing international relations.Therefore,at the international law level,these factors which estimating the international law basic principle and the development trend of the rule right,putting forward replying measure which our country should adopt in outward association,have the extremely important theory and realistic meaning.
