| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国公司法》（简称《公司法》）于2005年修订后将公司社会责任写进法条,但是在分析有关公司社会责任的理论和实践中发现,对公司社会责任这一问题存在着认识上的模糊和混乱。从界定公司社会责任的内涵入手,概括其特征,阐明其理论基础,分析社会责任的具体内容,对公司社会责任作简单探讨,以期完善我国的公司社会责任体系。

| Abstract: | The introduction of social responsibilities of corporations in the Corporation Law makes lots of scholars concentrate on the study of this matter.However,a careful study of the theories and practice reveals that there is still confusion about responsibilities of corporations.This paper carries out a discussion on the content and characteristics of social responsibilities of corporations with a hope to perfect the social responsibility systems of corporations. |
