| 摘 要： | 建立了简化的棉纱染色物理模型β=k/Ntex,β~（1/2）,经验数据和实验验证也证明了棉纱的相对染色深度β与棉纱细度的平方根（Ntex,β~（1/2））成反比,且计算值与实验值的偏差为0.27%～3.45%.该染色物理模型对棉纱靛蓝染色生产实践有重要的指导作用.

| Abstract: | The paper sets up a simplified physical model of indigo dyeing and obtains a mathematical equation:β=k/Ntex,β1/2,where k=a Ntex,β1/2.Empirical data and experimental results show the relative dyeing depth of cotton yarn is inversely proportional to the square root of the fineness of cotton yarn (Ntex,β1/2).The deviation of calculated value from experimental value is between 0.27% and 3.45%,indicating that the physical model is of great significance in guiding the indigo dyeing process. |
