采动区转角塔塔线体系内力与变形变化规律

摘    要:为了获得转角塔塔线体系受采动影响的内力和变形变化的关系,以采动区塔体的杆件应力、支座反力、塔顶综合位移、导-地线应力和挠度为研究对象,建立梁-桁混合分析模型。利用数值分析方法,探究采动过程中塔线体系内力和变形变化规律。结果表明:转角塔塔体先于导-地线失效,塔体破坏状态以受倾斜变形特征体现,塔体底部变化较上部严重,底部主斜材较主材对采动敏感,z方向支座反力较x、y方向变化明显,塔顶综合位移能更为直观地体现塔线体系受采动的影响。

Abstract:Aimed at obtaining the change relation of internal force and deformation of angle tower line system affected by mining,this paper discusses the development of the mixed analysis model with beam and truss,based on the stress of element,support reaction of tower,comprehensive displacement of tower overhead,stress and deflection of conductor and ground wires in the mining area and research on the variation of internal force and deformation of angle tower line system in the process of mining based on the FEM.The result indicates the angle tower failing before conductor and ground wires,the tower failure marked by inclination,the more serious variation occurring on bottom of tower than the upper,the main rods at the bottom of tower more sensitive to mining than the main sway rods,the support reaction in z-direction showing more obvious change than x and y,and the variation of comprehensive displacement of tower overhead occurring as intuitive reflection of the influence of mining to the tower line system.
