极近距离薄煤层同采工作面的时空关系

摘    要:针对鸡西矿区极近距离薄煤层下层工作面顶板管理问题,研究同采工作面时空关系。根据正阳煤矿地质资料,利用ANSYS软件建立数值模型,分析27-1#和27-2#同采工作面前、后方支承压力的分布规律。运用SPSS软件对现场工业实验数据进行多元统计分析,得到极近距离薄煤层同采工作面时空关系回归方程及错距计算公式。结果表明:27-1#和27-2#同采工作面前方4~8 m内支承压力急剧增长,在工作面控顶区1~2 m内支承压力降至最低;下煤层工作面应力峰值出现在上煤层峰值前方。两煤层按错距计算公式设计,将下煤层工作面处于上煤层工作面开采所形成的减压区内可实现同采。该研究对极近距离薄煤层的安全高效开采具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Aimed at addressing the roof management difficulties arising from operation in the extremely close distance coal seams occurring in Jixi mining area,this paper introduces the insight into relationship between time and space of coal seams subject to simultaneous mining,and building on the geological data of Zhengyang mine,presents numerical model developed by using ANSYS software,for the analysis of pressure distribution of front and rear bearing pressure of 27-1# and 27-2# with the simultaneous mining face.The use of software SPSS to make multivariate statistical analysis for field industry experimental data yields the regression equation and the alternate distance calculation formula of extremely close distance coal seam.The results show that a sharp increase occurs in support pressure in 4~8 m before of 27-1# and 27-2#,bearing pressure decreases to a minimum within 1~2 m in face-controlled roof area,and the stress peak of coal face occurs the front of upper coal face.The simultaneous mining of the two coal seams,as designed according to the alternate distance calculation formula is possible by leaving the lower coal face in the zone of stress decreasing,formed by mining upper coal face.The study serves for efficient and safe operation in extremely close distance coal seams.
