| 摘 要： | 立足于英语语音学与音系学的基础理论，从区别性特征、对立以及中和的内涵、成因、产生过程等几个方面出发，对英语辅音丛的结构和语音特征进行较为全面的分析与归纳，认为在英语的所有辅音丛中，中和现象只出现在十三个辅音丛中，而在其它辅音丛中则不可能产生中和现象。

| Abstract: | Based on fundamental theories of English phonetics and phonology,the paper gives a relatively comprehensive account of English consonant cluster's structure and phonetic features from the perspective of the definition,cause,and formulation of neutralization of English consonants as well as their distinctive features and oppositions.It comes up with the final conclusion that neutralization exists in only thirteen English consonant clusters,among a large number of consonant clusters. |
